             แค่ชื่อเพลงหลายคนอาจจะยังงงๆ ว่ามันคืออะไร I feel pretty/unpretty  ฉันรู้สึกสวย/ไม่สวยเอาซะเลย ไม่ต้องงงไปค่ะเพราะที่จริงแล้วเพลงนี้คือการ Mash Up ระหว่างเพลง I Feel Pretty จากละครเวทีเรื่อง West Side Story และ Unpretty ของวง TLC  ซึ่งซีรีส์เรื่อง Glee ทำออกมาได้ไพเราะเหมือนกับเป็นต้นฉบับเองเลย ซ้ำยังเลือกคนร้องได้เหมาะสุดๆ อีกด้วยนั่นคือสาวเสียงหวานอย่าง Dianna Agron และ Lea Michele สาวเสียงโซปราโน ในเนื้อหาของเพลงยังมีความหมายที่น่าสนใจอีกด้วย นั่นก็คือการกล่าวถึงความงดงามของตัวเองนั้นอยู่ที่ภายในไม่ใช่เพียงแค่ภายนอก

                  In someone’s shoe เป็นสำนวน แปลว่า นึกถึงความรู้สึกคนอื่น ลองเป็นเขาดู

He should put himself in my friend’s shoes. เขาควรจะนึกถึงความรู้สึกของเพื่อนฉัน

You have never walked in my shoes.  คุณไม่เคยเป็นอย่างผม

                  Look to ในเพลงนี้เป็น phrasal verb  หรือกริยาวลี แปลว่า เอาใจใส่

                 At the end of the day [idm.] เมื่อหมดวัน, เมื่อไตร่ตรองทุกอย่างแล้ว (ใช้กล่าวก่อนเข้าสู่สิ่งสำคัญ)
